  • We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance.

  • Yes — we require a contract to be signed in order to proceed with renting with us for your special event. We do this in order to protect both parties.

  • Your event is only secured via a deposit.

    A 50% deposit is required for all rental packages. This deposit confirms your booking. The remaining payment is required 5 days before your event.

    A 75% deposit is required for custom floral events (colors/designs you do not see on our website/Instagram page)

  • Quotes and contracts are valid for 3 days. If a deposit is not received within 3 days, the quote/contract is no longer valid and we will open up your date to other clients

  • Yes! While we have a line of pre-made florals in our inventory and are working to expand, we also create custom designs.

    Custom floral designs require a 75% deposit to secure your date. We use this deposit to purchase necessary materials to bring your vision to life.

    In addition, we require a 2 month minimum notice for custom floral events. Our florals ship from overseas, therefore we want to ensure we have enough time to receive the floral and put together the perfect floral installation for your event.

  • We have an $800 minimum spend for any event. This can include wooden backdrops, faux florals, balloons, accessories (including floor mats, cake tables, signage, etc.) and delivery/set-up/pack-down fees. Pricing starts at $800 and increases based on how extravagant your vision is.

  • All deposits paid for event bookings are non-refundable. This money is used to carefully prepare for your event, reserve your date and to purchase all products necessary for your event.

    If you need to reschedule or cancel your event, you will be granted a credit to be used at a later date that is valid for 12 months.

  • While we encourage inspiration photos when you inquire for events, we use these photos as inspiration only. We value the work of other creators and will put our own touch on your inspiration to create a unique look.

    Please let us know if there are any components of the inspiration that you are for sure wanting to recreate.

  • This fee includes milage, gas and truck/van rental to deliver your items for your event.

    In addition, this charge includes the time and effort for setting up your rentals before your event and taking it apart after your event.

  • Yes — weather permitting. At the time of booking, we must create a secondary plan in case of inclement weather (rain, snow, strong winds, etc.)

    If the forecast shows any chance of precipitation, we must enforce the secondary plan in order to protect our rentals from getting wet/ruined.

  • At this time, all of our wooden backdrops, props, and florals must be rented together as a package.

  • Don’t see a specific backdrop in our inventory? We work with the finest craftsman that can create any backdrop for your event. This will require at least 3 weeks notice.

  • All of our backdrops and cake tables/pedestals come in a standard white color. We are able to paint our backdrops and cake tables/pedestals any custom colors at an additional $35 per item.

  • We are a full service vendor. At this time, we do not allow outside balloons, props or alteration/modification of our backdrops after we set up our event.
